Besides being mentally ill or homeless as an excuse for killing, the
police like to use the term "The suspect may have been using illegal
drugs" or "he made a furtive move for his waistband" Whenever any of
those terms are used I suspect foul play on the part of the police.

The LAPD would have us believe that shooting a person over a shopping
cart is justified. They would have us believe that two big cops had to
shoot a women holding a screwdriver out of fear for their lives. I have
still not heard whether or not the shopping cart was stolen or why it
was that the cops suspected that it was in order to confront her in the
first place.

I think its time for concealed carry permits to be issued to homeless
people. I think that it is wrong that only property owners or those with
a home have the right to own firearms. All americans should be able to
protect themselves from harm.
