Dear John, the postings we make ALL have livable wages with them. If they
did not, we would not post them. A position with a $30,000 to $40,000
salary is considered a lving wage in all places except for the areas of New
York City and other major downtown metro areas. The national living wage
figures <dependng upon where you live> are in the $10.15 to $15.00 per hour
range. If you add the benefits with the jobs we post, the following is the
result:

$30,000 per year x 1.27 benefits = $38,100 per year or $3,175 per month
<$18.67 per hr>

$40,000 per year x 1.27 benefits = $50,800 per year or $4,233 per month
<$24.90 per hr>

Somewhere we have not been communicating with each other and I am trying to
understand. In the deep south, the Grant position for a small Nonprofit
agency is more in the $24,000 range, so we feel that the posting was <and
is> appropiate. Please tell me where I am missing the point.

Sonny
