  Paul Ronan, Manager of City of Toronto Parks will be reporting
  on "Homeless People and City Parks Policy" tomorrow, Wednesday,
  Oct 20, approximately 10:15 - 10:30 am at Toronto City Hall.

  This will be an opportunity to ask why homeless people are
  not allowed to sleep in City parks and where are they expected
  to sleep.

  The meetings are open to the public and anyone can speak, usually. Item
  #5

 255-12 Campfires and barbeques (permit needed)

 255-13 Organized gatherings and picnics.

        ... no person shall, unless authorized by permit, hold a
        picnic, organized gathering or event for more than 25 persons.

 255-15 Camping and lodging

        Unless authorized by permit, no person shall dwell, camp or
        lodge in any park.

 255-16 Tents and structures

        Unless authorized by permit, no person shall place, install
        or erect any temporary or permanent tent or structure in any
        park.
