Flower Child:

Your idea to declare _USA_ homelessness a national disaster is excellent.

In Canada, the call to declare homelessness a disaster may have helped
force politicians there to focus on the issue - expecially in Toronto,
where activists regularly protest government inaction on housing homeless
people.

Similarly, a "disaster declaration" hook might also draw the US public's
attention to homelessness, especially now, at the onset of winter.

Any advice from Canadian or other activists?

How do we get this campaign going in the USA?
