Yo, Pattaize!

You wrote me such a fine letter and, having up all night, with work coming
in five hours, I'm not able to reply at length. I hope things work out
with your landlord. And yes, some people love you! Like this Redneck I
know.

My housemate has -- almost -- settled for $320-350 month rent, minus work I
do for him at $10 to $12.50 an hour, probably calling it even (no past bils
owed]. He'll let me know in a day or so. He had wanted to charge me $450
monthly plus about $2000 owed to him for no rent last 15 months, so the
$320/no-debt starting poiint would be good (and I could work off about half
the rent, owing about $160 cash monthly]. that would not be so bad, given
about $470 monthly take-home pay at B & J. I'd be SO rich, compared with
the last two years!

Lovin' you, my sister. -- TomBro
