Does anyone know of or have examples of studies of closed TANF cases?
I'm looking for both reports and survey instruments, if possible.  I'm
particularly interested in cases that closed during the transition from
AFDC to TANF (e.g., people who did not want to transition or those who
were lost in the shuffle).  Thank you.
