I went on a search today and managed to find a free wesite at
freeservers.com.
I have registered and confirmed the following web site today.

I have gone to the web site and did some minor changes to it. But now we
need to start putting this thing together, and I need input. Whether it's
a html file or a text file with information about poverty issues. I'm
kinda new to this html format, but I am webmaster for this site. 
We have approx. 12 megs of space we can use.
So we have a web site to work with, lets get started with it...:)
