To Homeless Groups, and disabled persons, and News Media :
Please , I do not lie I have found out as well as you could that there is no
Coalition for the Homeless in N.H. any more because I called the Hot Line
1-800-852-3388,they referred me to 1-603-271-5043,I got voice mail I left a
message concerning how to contact N.H.Coalition For Homeless.
About two hours later I got a phone call back from Lance[sorry forgot his
last name]but at any rate he told me that there was no Homeless Coalition
any longer in N.H. as they had run out of funding and there was no money
forth coming for another two years, but he went on to explain that grants
were available when monies were there but that at this time no funds!"I am
wondering how long they think a person can live on no money or food at
all,or shelter in the weather that is due to hit soon."
I explained to him that I was trying to put togather a program of the
homeless for the homeless and that I had e-mailed every body that was some
body politically and have received no positive response,I also told him it
would be nice to be able to get in contact with these homeless shelters by
e-mail to keep them up dated."He said he did not know of any soup kitchen or
homeless place that had a computor,he said I just call them when I need
something."
So I also know that N.H. has a $9,000,000 poverty fund that has not even
been used by Governor Shaheen, and this money is being saved for what? While
persons are freezing and starving to death on our states streets, and perhaps
this is why no one has responded from government locally or
federally?Politics are not for the slight of heart!!!
I say it is a down right dirty shame, that our state allows people to die
because the governor does not free up funds that are allocated just for
these purposes,I have to question why our politicians always leave office
proclaiming that they saved money ,but at whose expense the disabled and
displaced citizens are treated as a sub culture, and this is not making me
feel very good about our so called leaders.whom allow this to fester!
So I am publicly requesting that our Governor Jeanne Shaheen free up these
funds and apply them towards helping worth while organizations such as
Homeless Coalition programs and instead of calling it a grant call it a fund
and put it in the budget please, as you can not make human rights cuts in
your funding because its the same as murder, especially since poor persons
and disabled as well as displaced persons rely on these funds that are being
with held!
I am hope full that you our Governor looked at the Plan I sent you from
Chance Martin,s San Francisco Homeless Coalition, because this plan could be
revised to work all most in any city,or state, and the work has been done
Governor, all you need you do is request the funds from the federal
government?I don,t want you to think I don,t like you because my fiancee and
I both voted for you in the past
two elections,we are undeclared, but please Governor Shaheen don,t put off
assisting worthy folks who need the help. Thank you all for listening..
Sincerely yours,

William Tinker& Linda Morgan
