Police are exonerated in death of Margret Mitchell?

 To Every one It Concerns:
 It is with a heavy heart,and my mind in a whirl,that I write this.
 Years ago I found that the system had a lot of real problems with it =
and I was reactive,not pro active,if some one hurt me I would react and =
hurt them back.
 This did not work because most of the time I would enjoy the three hots =
and a cot at the local House of Corruption.
 I don,t believe that the Attorny General of California has beeb =
apprised of all the facts in this death ,am I wrong?
 I just can not see how this can occur and how the police can legally =
get a way with murder is beyound me....
 Please understand that I am only one man but if I can lend a hand any =
any way shape or form say if some one started up apetition for a =
complete review by a indepedant investigative group I would like to sign =
it ..
