The website http://bagelhole.org provides ideas/methods for people to become
models of low/tech sustainability.

By making neighborhoods (globally) relatively self-sustainable, the yoke of
authority will be profoundly loosened. We must be examples of what we want to
become. I hope that you will agree that a decentralized, free-flowing,
organic, self-sustainable world society, mutually co-operative, non-sovereign
would be the direction to go. And we need to build the infrastructure with
low-tech sustainable methods.

A genuine sense of community, that one might find in rural areas or outside
the USA, that a-bombin'nation, would begin to be felt. "Attitude" would be
passe, friendliness would be normal, egoism would be bad form. Sex would be
more natural, etc.

Our best strategy, would be proactive, creating now what we want and at the
same time we would be laying the groundwork to be ready, the day the system
falls.

Of course these are only my opinions, but if you disagree just say why. Hope
to hear from others who feel the same way.
