DEMONSTRATE TO END THE 2 YEAR WELFARE TIME LIMIT
         Protect wages, decent jobs and the safety net!

                        Park Street T - Boston Common

On December 1, 1998, 8,000 families including 10's of thousands
of children will be thrown off welfare.  20,000 families will be cut off
                                      by June 1999.

                           STOP Increasing Poverty!
                           STOP The cut-off of benefits!

          In the name of justice, compassion and solidarity,
        we DEMAND the end of the 2 year welfare time limit!
