[I came directly from Buenos Aires to Linz, Austria, where I'm one of the
judges in the Prix Arts Electronica '99 contest (http://prixars.orf.at/)
that began today and continues through next week. I may not be especially
quick to respond to email until I return. --Declan]

Needless to say, as a UK resident, I would rather you didn't post my
name along with these links on the mailing list ;-)
The UK govt has failed dismally in its attempts to suppress this
information - and judging by their reactions, I think it's safe to
assume it _is_ real information and not just a list of names picked out
of the phone book. As soon as they get one site taken down, mirrors
spring up in other places. jya has had the pages there for at least
24hrs now despite being mentioned in uk.politics.* newsgroups, so I
doubt it'll go away anytime soon.
