SOUP KITCHENS AGIST, RACIST, SEXIST?

with the caveat that I didn't write the line, I'll take a few guesses

I have no idea how soup kitchens are racist, anymore so than the society
around them. Since many are church run, and many churches are segregated,
the workers may be all white or all black and that could cause some
concerns. This is a possibility I don't know if it's so.

Agist can often arise in terms of who gets food first, although I don't see
that as a disadvantage.
Sexist in the sense that some seperate the men from the women.

I don't know what this is all about, maybe someone who has been to lots of
soup kitchens could help. I'll cross post to Homeless People's Network. if
HPN readers reply, please cc me. thanks
