I don't know if any of you can use this info or not...If so go for
it...The thing that really bothers me is tht the WoD budget fed and
state combined is well over 50 billion dollars and all there offering

The Office of National Drug Control Policy and the Office of Juvenile
Justice and Delinquency Prevention have issued a program announcement
and solicitation for applications for the Drug-Free Communities Support
Program. Eligible applicants are community coalitions whose members have
worked together on substance abuse reduction for a period of not less
than 6 months. The program is designed to increase citizen participation
and strengthen community anti-drug coalition efforts to reduce substance
abuse among youth in communities throughout the United States and, over
time, to reduce substance abuse among adults. Approximately $20 million
has been appropriated to ONDCP for FY 1999 awards.
