Subject: Rural Welfare Reform

Are you involved in research concerning
welfare reform in RURAL areas?

Are you looking for others involved in
RURAL WELFARE REFORM research?

The Rural Policy Research Institute (RUPRI)
Rural Welfare Reform Initiative is
working to develop a database of _current and ongoing_
rural welfare reform research efforts.

If you know of someone involved in research in this area,
please let us know and we can follow up with them directly.

If you are involved in research concerning welfare reform in
rural areas and would like your research projects to be a part of
this database,

In whatever format is most convenient for you
please send:

Project title/subject area:
Project researcher(s): (names and institutions)
Project contact: (name, address, phone, fax, e-mail)
Project summary/methodology:
Data source: (Survey, Interviews, CPS, Linked Administrative data, etc.)
Any Anticipated Timeline:
Recent publications, reports, or presentations:

Or, you can send in your information online at the www.rupri.org website.

This database will serve to:
Provide a database of current and ongoing research concerning
welfare reform in rural areas;
Provide a resource for policymakers seeking to identify research
on welfare reform in rural areas;
Increase the networking capacity of researchers involved in
rural welfare reform issues.

When completed, the searchable database will be available at the
Rural Policy Research Institute (www.rupri.org) website.

As this database focuses on current and ongoing research,
the resulting database will not provide detailed results from
the research, rather it will provide the contact information
for individuals to follow-up with the researchers.

Please send your information to:
