thanks Tom!  This list grows!  I hope eventually we can develop such lists
for a number of cities; linking, not only homeless, but oppressors, with
the incontrovertible sense that they are being evaluated:  nationally and
internationally.

Such an awareness would not only make the bad stand out, but the good
(precious little as occurs) more positive, and perhaps lead to it's
increase (who knows?!)
