Yes.  I did it.  I created another one.

The Great Speckled Bird, an online liberal, sixties-like "alternative
newspaper", has asked me to do a column on homelessness, linked to
their paper.  I have the beginnings of the site up at
http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/Lobby/8519/ 
although it will change over the next few days -- I'm hoping to have
several of you sign on as columnists, and the "front page" will point
to different individual areas.  

I don't demand weekly posts or such :) tho' I'd be tickled pink, but
all of you have very good things to say, and I want to get them out to
as wide an audience as possible.  This is not intended to compete with
HPN, Tederico's Page, Donald's or Morgan's or Virginia's or anyone's
-- just to broaden the audience.  I have pointers to everybody!

You can send contributions to me either in HTML, ready for posting, or
text (I'll format it myself).
