Community Technology Centers near Berlin?

Ron, I posted a query about free Internet access near Berlin on the
Community and Civic Network discussion list <COMMUNET@LIST.UVM.EDU>
As the reply below indicates, I was mistaken to assume that Community
Technology Centers are widespread in Europe. Also see below for two German
centers for Internet access (which may not be current).--Tom
