Dosnt suprise me.It makes a lot of sence.The Phone has become the one 
thing you cant get along with out in this society If your want a job.
 Especially if your working several "on-call" jobs at a time the way 
most homeless do.A homeless person cant exsactly get a residential phone 
now can they.
