Subject: Fw: Free Prescription Medicine is available to those who qualify
Dear Friends --
Here's some information on "Free Prescription Medicine For Those Who
Qualify." I checked the website this morning, and it appears to be fully
operational. Hope this'll prove beneficial for members of your clientele
in
need of the service.
Don't want to be a nag, but please remember to computer-fax this to
agencies
in your communication network which're not yet able to receive it via
E-Mail
forwarding.

"For Some it's a matter of life or death."
Each day many less fortunate individuals are choosing between food
and medicine.
Thank you for taking a moment to review The Medicine Program...
We are responding daily to inquiries from state and federal officials,
government agencies and health care providers nationwide concerning our
services.
The Medicine Program was established by volunteers dedicated
to assisting individuals of all ages who are regularly
required to take prescription medication, but lack adequate
income to fill their prescriptions each month.
MOST MAJOR AMERICAN DRUG MANUFACTURERS ARE NOW SPONSORING PROGRAMS
WHICH PROVIDE FREE PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION TO THOSE WHO QUALIFY.
Our organization assists applicants in taking initial steps to
apply for enrollment in these "Patient Assistance Programs" sponsored
by drug manufacturers.
Some of the guidelines to qualify require the applicant must...
1.) Not be eligible for Medicaid.
2.) Not have private insurance which pays for
outpatient medicine.
3.) Find it a hardship to purchase his/her
prescriptions drugs at retail.
The cooperation of the applicant's physician has a significant bearing
on the applicant's approval and enrollment into a patient assistance
program.
Enrollment in a patient assistance program eases a drain on family
funds, resulting in increased cash available for other basic needs.
If you believe this program may be of assistance to your clients and
you would like to make our service available through your office, please
send e-mail to: freemed@ims-1.com and we will send you a supply of
brochures designed to provide the patient/applicant with information and
an initial processing form.
In a continuing effort to provide valuable service and convenience
to our clients we have established a Web Site on the Internet. You can
visit our web-site at: http://www.ims-1.com/~freemed/
Please feel free to make copies of the enclosed information. If
you would like to speak to a representative about our program, please
call: 1-573-778-1118.
