   This +ACI-SCAM+ACI- of opening medicare to 55-65 in need and 62-65 generally is
well and truly help for the non-needy in general.  How many of the
homeless,
medically needy  and down-and-outers will be able to come up with +ACQ-300-500
a
month for their +ACI-contribution+ACI-, especially if they have no employment, no
social security income, no savings, no +ACI-Medical Savings Accounts (Ha)), and
firm rejections from established BC/BS or similar health plans?  (Doesn't
this
sound awfully like a very large percentage of Medicaid and Medicare
disabled
participants?)

   Those health consumers who do avail themselves of (or at least, support)
this wonderful opportunity will probably be members of highly vocal
lobbyist
groups such as AARP and others similar in concept that ARE voters and
command
excellent lobbyists forwarding the Government is Best concept.
