Your mission:

Admitting that past efforts to end homelessness have failed, the president
of _your nation_ decides to form a commission to rethink how best to
address homelessness.

Indeed, s/he has appointed _you_ to constitute the
*Blue Ribbon Commission To End Homelessness Forever*.

Although you're far from sure that another task force will come up with
sensible recommendations -or that anyone will implement them -  your accept
the task as your civic duty.

*Who should be on that Commission--and why?*
