If we pay all persons a fair living Wage then we will end the economic 
barriers to homelessness.  This will enable at least a 1/3 of the homeless to 
leave our streets.  Additionally, if we can hold the alcohol industry, (who 
profits from our addictions) fiscally responsible for the health care 
treatment needed by those of us who suffer negative reactions from their 
products, then perhaps we can elicit a compassionate response for those of us 
who will then be left on the streets.   Check out this approach @
