Hi gang,
   Are there any Quebec members out there? I have a couple of questions for 
you. I know this is off-topic, but I hope you will bear with me. I want to 
ask about a Quebec Christmas tradition. I would ask my husband who is from 
Quebec, but that would ruin the surprise. I was given a tortiere the other 
day. I know that people in Quebec have it for Christmas, do they have it on 
Christmas Eve? Also, what vegetables are usually served with it? I want to 
surprise my husband with it when he comes to my place for Christmas. Any 
help you can give would be appreciated. I hope you will forgive me my 
drifting from the topic at hand. Now, back to business.
