Subject: The San Diego Fast


The fast for a 24 hour bathroom in San Diego now has 5 participants --
three in SD and two elsewhere.  My idea of e-mailing members of the SD
City Council was ill-conceived since they have auto-respond.

However, their *telephones and *faxes cannot be so easily filtered.  I
suggest that supporters send faxes (just for the sheer joy of knowing
