which advocacy group do i call to find out if i am eligible for back payments?

i was denied for about three years, told to withdraw my application, was put on ssi, not ssd-das, and then got my
benefits...after years of domestic abuse, no-medicine or medical care, and pain and suffering unnecessarily.

i would use the money to buy a home with a little garden in the very-rural somewhere temporate.

help. i am in nys. nami didn't know and told me to call someplace who couldn't help.
