Dear Xoom staff,
I a writing in regard to an invaluable resource that was recently on your
server that appears to have been removed without explanation.
http://members.xoom.com/tedrico/?homeless Tedrico's Page
Will the site be restored after your upgrade? Why the apparent lack of
concern from your staff to inquiring emails?
During my recent homelessness over the past year, I was pointed to this page
a number of times by different people, and have made a point of visiting in
the brief moments each week that I managed to connect through an independant
ISP here in Melbourne Australia.
Tedrico's Page, although based outside my home country, was one of the few
links with others that were going through similar setbacks such as myself.
This page was truly an international resource.
I wish to inform you as to the speed this information is passing through
independant networks, and how many eyes are turning towards your seeming
lack of response to the many requests as to the status of this page.
I, amongst others, have been informing colleagues that are on your server as
to this occurance, and many are waiting to see your reply on the matter, or
lack of it. This is an important issue that needs to be addressed, as the
snowball effect your actions have caused is only just starting to get into
full swing.
Again I implore you to correct this 'oversight' on your part, as it would be
a terrible shame to see your name forever marred by what could be a simple
upgrade problem, and due to lack of response to your clients. It would be a
simple step, and one that could even be turned to your advantage, to reply
to the many emails, and to restore this service of Tedrico's.
