Wealthy countries (hell, _all_ countries for that matter)  need to be building
proper affordable housing - period.

It is totally insulting to suggest that living permanently in a giant soap
bubble or massive warehouse should be good enough for some people. There may
be an interim need but as an ultimate goal in terms of shelter this is totally
unacceptable.
