3 at homeless shelter charged with assault

CRANSTON -- Three residents of a state-run homeless shelter at Harrington 
Hall, in the John O. Pastore Center, were arrested Monday night on assault 
charges stemming from two separate incidents.

At about 8:45 p.m., David Hill, 34, formerly of 801 Hartford Ave., 
Providence, fought with Keith Goodlow, 43, formerly of 104 Warrington Ave., 
Providence, said state police Sgt. Ernest Quarry. Neither was badly injured, 
but Goodlow was charged with a felony because he pulled a knife, Quarry 

Troopers were called back at 11 p.m. and arrested Angela Menyongai, 40, 
formerly of 8 George St., Pawtucket. She grabbed another woman by the neck 
in a dispute over a blanket, Quarry said.

All three were held overnight pending appearances yesterday in District 
Court, Providence.
