One more argument against relying on faith-based services. It puts us
all at risk from this kind of irresponsible behavior. Before they move
out they have an obligation to help set up alternative services. They
don't have any right to abandon people. And that theological argument
is sheer crap. Whatever they think is wrong with same-sex marriages,
even by their own understanding, and whatever immorality they could
assign to providing same-sex marriage benefits to employees, that
doesn't begin to compare with the immorality of something like this.
Even to threaten this is abusive.
