$50 for a hundred business cards ea. for each of the positions I gave you does
sound feasible and sounds like a good deal as does having a few blank cards for
volunteers to use. As the sum of $50 is a princely one to some and as it's a
money matter, I put it on the agenda for tomorrow night's village council
meeting as
one of my jobs is setting that agenda. I also, and I hope you don't mind my
doing this, Bcc your suggestion to our crew and also to some of our supporters
as we
have to decide whether the village can at this time afford the expense business
cards will incur.

Thank you again for your excellent work and great graphics!

This is not any of my business, but $.50 cents per card is a very high price to
pay for any business card, especially for those of us working on poverty issues
with limited budgets.

Now, I am not suggesting poor quality cards in any way, but very good cards
normally run from $50 to $75 per 500 cards (.10 cents to .15 cents per card).
At the present there are color cards available on the net in the range of $10
per 500 cards. It is a quarterly promotion for a national firm, but if you
already have the graphics in Quark, it would not be a problem to save substainal
dollars and still get really good quality cards.

If you are interested, let me know and I will go back through my archives and
post the offer direct from the printer.
