Pease must help solve problem of NH Seacoast housing:

Dover NH For a long time we have seen articles in the local
press regarding the success of the Pease Development
Authority and the extent of industrial/commercial development
at Pease. More recently, there have been a number of articles
about the serious lack of affordable housing and the pressure
for residential development throughout the Seacoast area.

If the PDA is truly interested in dealing with these issues, then
it is still not too late to consider the possibility of residential
development on the PDA property. The alternative, which is
to continue to ignore the problem, only means more housing
pressures, more congestion and increasing costs to the local
taxpayers.
