Subject: E-LEFT-L Homeless Memorial Vigil - Tuesday
From: E-LEFT <e-left@mnsj.org>

Monthly vigils for all those who have lived on the streets of Toronto and died
as a direct result of homelessness will begin Tuesday, June 12th at 12noon, on
the south side of the Church of the Holy Trinity (behind the Eaton Centre).
Please bring flowers, candles, photos and memories of those who have died.

In October a permanent memorial site was opened at the church listing the
names of people who have died recently. A ceremony in March added many more
names, and the one on Tuesday will do the same.

This memorial will also be a chance for people to mourn and share memories of
David Maltby (well-known activist and photographer) and Cliff Kennedy (Fred
Victor Centre).

Vigils will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, between 12 and 1pm.
