[Hpn] Greyhound info, AND ADA 504 508 requests

I want readers who are not familiar with the requirements that the ADA
504 and 508 place on entities that either are state federal entities or
accept federal funds to play close attention to the footer at the end of
this message. 

Consider this now my formal request that all messages sent by people
retained by or working for any agency or entity or subcontractor of any
federal state county or municipal agency that I want e-mail sent to this
list in plain text. Note too I will be happy file complaints with the
appropriate federal department to terminate your funding if you are
unwilling to comply with this basic access right.
