Hi Bill,

The Mailman software has a glitch this morning. I know it is
inconvenient...but today is the full moon and besides that it is raining
in Arizona, where the server is located. So you know that things are a
little different today! ;-) Please have patience with the software & no 
doubt it will be fine tomorrow.
