I haven't posted much, but feel I must.  I do not make a lot of money, I
struggle at home to keep my rent paid, and then I come to work and beg and
borrow just another $1000 so we can stay in business one more month.  There
may be agencies that do spend most of their dollars on admin or what ever.
But not all, there are those of us out there, doing what needs to be done to
give someone a hand, confidence, a shoulder....what ever it takes.
