I don,t know if it will change police policy or not but if they know =
they will be prosecuted by the letter of the law,they will not be so =
trigger happy,I am hope full that if you can find the time to write a =
short letter to President Clinton and vice president Al Gore maybe they =
might speak out on this1

Dear President William Jefferson Clinton,
Dear Vice President Gore,
As you are well aware of gentlemen there is a "blue plague" going =
around that is killing homeless and disabled persons.I am talking about =
the rash of shootings that should have and could have been prevented by =
the police in New York,and California and others that have been hushed =
up!
President Clinton,and vice president Al Gore as a advocate for displaced =
and disabled human rights I am asking for you to please address these =
problems or have our US Attorney General Janet Reno make a prime time =
news up date on the prosecution of lawless police officers that have not =
only killed with out provacation,as these crimes are hate crimes and =
must be treated and punished as gay bashing or any other hate orientated =
crime.
These killings could have been avoided if some of the police that are =
contaminated were prosecuted to let other bad cops know that they are =
not Judge Jury and executioners as they have been doing.
Because if thats the case than our country is no better than some of the =
dictatorships that their people are oppressed and stepped on each time =
they complain.
We need some leadership President Clinton, and Vice president Al Gore if =
you aspire to become the next president you must start being vocal about =
these atrocities and telling the 44 million displaced and disabled that =
these abuses will not be tolerated whether it is by a rogue policeman =
or,or another citizen of the US.

Dear Michael Stoops,
Is it time that we the advocates all petitioned our President or the =
Governor of California to do something, perhaps a letter to Janet Reno =
to request equal justice under the law?
I am really concerned with the body bag count that has been made by =
police and the facts are so horrific,and that these police are not =
incarcerated right now shows some serious problems in our law =
enforcement.
I hope you can suggest some means to stop the slaughter of these =
homeless brothers and sisters.
Myself this reminds me of a movie in which the police had to collect =
kills in order to be a member of the "Gang in Blue"!Only I know its =
real...
I am hopefull that these criminal acts which are really hate crimes are =
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law...As you can not break the =
law to enforce the law!
