HOMELESS NEWSPAPERS

Hello to all the members from the list,

I am a free-lance journalist and I'm interested in searching information
about the publications for and by the homeless for an article.  I'm
focusing my research in pointing into the way these newspapers get through
all the expenses from the cost of production and management at the same
time that their main purpose it is to help homeless. I mean, to look at the
phenomenon of this publications in its social and economical aspects.

And also I am interested in knowing more about what these papers represent
for the homeless who are selling them. Do they really mean a chance and an
alternative not to feel depressed or margined? I mean, do these
publications help homeless? In what way? How does homeless feel? What do
they feel? I would like to find some help or some guidance or any answer to
any of these questions.  And talking about helping, what people can do to
help homeless through these publications? Do you think these donations made
through the net you can trust in? I mean that does the money reach the
expected place and for the expected projects or purposes for homeless?
