Actually it's easier than you think. Just get adult authoritarianism, ego
and insatiable hunger fo power out of the way, replace it with compassion,
humility and comon sense, and you will very quickly find that anyone old
enough to articulate thoughts is capable of expressing such a personal
choice. Actually if the child has only attained this ability upon reaching
the age of six, then I would personally suspect that s/he is probably a slow
learner.
This is my last contribution to this discussion then I am killfiling this
thread. My fucking 'puter has been going through conniptions since Wednesday
(if nothing else, I'm getting lots of practice re-installing Windows 98) and
I'm in no mood for tolerating adults who appear only to be interested in
proving to the world how powerful they are. I only have limited 'net access
right now so I'm going to enjoy it - not let it send my blood pressure
soaring.
