This adds to my quest to have all police officers take a rigorous psychological stress test before they even are allowed to pin on a badge or gun,as it would have saved a lot of pain and anguish,from our ranks of the homeless and s\disabled to the murder of one of their own.We have to insist that stuff such as has been going on in LAPD and other departments does not ever happen again!
